City of Wheeling asks for RFPsThe City of Wheeling is seeking proposals to transfer land owned by the City for the purpose of redevelopment. The details pertaining to the redevelopment, including a review and non-binding recommendation by the Historic Landmarks Commission, are identified in Request for Proposals #2013-1.
